Connor is an Emmy-award winning multimedia journalist, video producer, and digital artist from the suburbs of Chicago. For as long as he can remember, he has had a passion for movies and storytelling, and when he was younger, he would frequently make short films and parodies with his brothers and friends. He previously studied broadcast journalism and creative writing at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He has worked in promotions and marketing for a number of radio stations and television stations, written for national reports, and has had commercial content broadcast on television.
He started 16feet Media as a place to work with some of the brightest and most creative young content creators and as a platform to make innovative and engaging content for a connected audience. Having always been "the tall kid" and compared to the giraffe from Madagascar more than once, the name just made sense. He hopes to continue to grow the company and to always keep improving on the techniques, technologies, and stories that come together to make this dream, and this team, work.
The great Steven Spielberg said, “you shouldn’t dream your film, you should make it!” And that's what we're going to do.
